Puppy crate

Finally! Proof that we don't put Ellie in the crate... she does it on her own. And I even help her get out!

haha...Isaac is like 28 months old and STILL crawls in the dog crate! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Ellie's little skirt and tights! So cute!

How adorable! Perhaps she's hinting that she wants Santa to bring her a play house? She's almost outgrown the crate! :)

Why I blog... (by Dorothy)

For many years, "blog" was a dirty word to me. I didn't follow blogs and I never imagined myself writing one.
But that changed in 2009 when I got pregnant and wanted an easy way to keep my family and friends posted on my progress. When Ellie arrived in August, the blog became a great way for me to share pictures and stories — which I know the grandparents and others eat up!
But recently I realized that the blog is important for me, too. It's become an obligation, but not in a bad way. Even when I'm feeling busy and stressed, I enjoy carving out some time every day or two to think about what's new with Ellie and our family. Some of the posts are silly, others are serious. But I already enjoy looking back at the memories recorded here. Thanks for joining us for this crazy ride!
